G1NMENA – report false Youtube claimant

YouTube kills the publishers and do not care about the claimants. If you are a creator, for sure you have received copyright claims from a claimant that is not really the copyright holder and is someone who is taking advantage of fair use or lack of copyright production of some contents, but do like to have a competitor. And the way YouTube let you dispute, you do not have much options, and you cannot report back that the claimant does not have any rights on that content too.

I have published some videos produced in Iran, and according to copyright law, Iranian productions are not protected anywhere specially in the United States and European countries, because Iran is not member of any copyrights commission or agreement. There are many Iranian produced videos like TV shows that is regularly published by YouTubers, and when the view is high on a TV show, then competition begins, but in an unfair way.

And you cannot do anything through YouTube to report them back, and YouTube doesn’t research that if they are right or wrong.

There is two claimant that falsely issue take-downs to give strikes to accounts, give strikes to accounts or give them false copyright claim:

T3 London Media LTD (This is a dormant company registered in UK and has only GBP100 assets according to UK’s Companies House) the registered number: 08967827.

According to Chambers of commerce report this company had almost no activity, and it is more a cover company, and unfortunately when they issue a take-down, YouTube just do it, without more investigations, many publishers do not dispute it, because during this process your information goes to them, and everybody is wondered who they are? Are they dangerous? or is this part of a scam?? Therefore, so many accounts are dying because of this.

They just claim the copyright while they don’t have any rights. You dispute, they don’t accept the dispute, and for the next step YouTube warn YOU that if you continue you may end up getting a strike.
